摘要
为改善F级燃气轮机(燃机)进气过滤系统对粒径小于0.4μm微小颗粒的捕捉效果,对燃机进气过滤系统进行改进,在维持两级过滤设计不变的情况下将空气过滤器的过滤等级提高到H11级。进气过滤系统改进后,第1级粗滤采用化纤多层复合无纺布滤材,过滤等级为F5,适应性较好,不容易发生粘性颗粒堵塞;第2级HEPA精滤的滤材为过滤等级H11的高效玻纤材料,对0.4μm粒径的初始过滤效率达到96%以上,比旧型过滤器过滤效率提升了59%。改进后现场使用效果理想,机组效率得到提升。
To enhance the F class gas turbine air intake system's capture ability on tiny particles of 0.4 μm or lower, the air filter of the turbine air intake system was improved. The filtering level was enhanced to H11 on premise of keeping two-stage filter design. In the first stage of coarse filter,multilayer chemical fiber containing nonwoven filter was adopted,with filter level of FS,the air inlet filtering system had better adaptability and was not easy to be clogged by sticky particles. In the second stage of fine HEPA filter,the efficient glass-fiber was adopted,with filter level of H11,its initial filter efficiency for particles of 0.4 μm reached 96%,about 59% higher than that of the old type filter. After optimization,the field application effect can meet the relative requirements and the unit efficiency was increased.
