ICU患者优化抗感染治疗应关注药代动力学/药效动力学 被引量:1

摘要 感染是影响ICU患者临床转归和预后的重要因素,如何快速、有效地控制感染,合理应用抗菌药物是临床医生必须面对的问题。ICU患者往往存在器官功能障碍、血流动力学改变、机体代谢环境异常,无疑将改变药物在体内的代谢、浓度和分布,进而影响抗菌药物的使用效用。近年来耐药菌的增加也对抗菌药物的使用提出了更高的要求。因此如何在临床实践中依据药代动力学/药效动力学(PK/PD)理论来优化抗感染治疗,对ICU患者感染控制十分重要。
