造血微环境对造血干细胞影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 造血干细胞(HSC)是一类具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,可分化为造血系统的所有细胞。研究发现,HSC在骨髓腔内不是随机分布的,它需要特定的微环境来维持其相对稳态,保持HSC自我更新但不分化,即维持HSC“干性”。
