Comparison of four typical unhairing processes

选取传统灰碱脱毛法、变型少浴灰碱脱毛法、化学保毛脱毛法、常规酶脱毛法4种比较有代表性的脱毛方法,从环保性、安全性、功能性及操作可控性4个方面进行评价。结果表明:传统灰碱脱毛法安全性高、可控性好,但环保性极差;变型少浴灰碱脱毛法虽然大幅度地降低了硫化物的用量,但总体污染负荷依旧较高;化学保毛脱毛法环保性、安全性较好,但成革质量却不尽人意;常规酶脱毛法环保性最好,然而安全性较低、可控性差。提出有必要进一步研究开发环境友好、安全有效和经济实用的脱毛新技术的观点。

Four kinds of representative unhairing methods were selected, which were traditional unhairing in lime process, inovated modle in lime process in a short float, hair - saving unhair methods and enzyme unhairing. Four aspects of eco - friendly character, safety, functionality and operating controllability were evaluated. The results show that： traditional unhairing in lime process is high security and good controllability method, but environmental protection is very poor; inovated modle in lime process in a short float, although the amount of sulfur is reduced greatly, but the pollution load is still high ; hair - saving unhair methods, environmental protection and security are good, but the leather quality is unsatisfactory; enzyme unhairing, environmental protection is best, but low security and operating controllability. The idea is presented that advanced research and development on new environment -friendly unhairing technology with high security and good Controllability is necessary.
