摘要
结合鞋产品舒适性原理和下肢生理机能,从鞋楦设计、帮样设计、材料选配、帮底部件设计、生产工艺优化5个要点着手,对女式翻缝工艺套包鞋的设计与制作工艺进行研究。与传统胶粘鞋工艺相比,新工艺选用舒适的平底及坡跟鞋楦、全粒面头层牛皮鞋面革,可以更好的满足目标消费群体对特定鞋产品舒适度的需求;帮底采用缝线结合,无中底、无钉制作,提高生产效率的同时,帮底结合牢度提高2倍;胶水使用量降低90%,生产环境及鞋产品更加绿色环保。
Ladies loafer shoes were designed and made based on the principle of footwear comfort and lower limb physiological function. The five following key points were studied, they are shoe last design, shoe pattern design, materials matching, bottom piece design, production technology optimization. Compared with traditional adhesive shoes technology, the new technology using comfortable fiat or wedges shoe lasts, full grain upper leather could better satisfy the clients' requirements for comfort. The upper and sole combined with stitching technology without insole and spikes which could improve the efficiency and the binding strength of the upper and sole improves 2 times. Also the glue dosage decreases 90% which is good for environment protection.
