二灰碎石混合料配合比设计方法

摘要 二灰稳定碎石是公路基层常用的材料。通过试验和理论计算得出相应的级配组成,以抗压强度为测试指标,确定了混合料中二灰的最佳配合比,应用正交设计方法以及极差分析方法研究各因素对二灰砂浆强度指标的显著性作用。最后,二灰砂浆和粗集料的配合比应用体积法测定得出。结果表明,该配合比二灰碎石的路用性能且高于规范级配二灰稳定碎石混合料的性能标准。 Lime flyash stabilized aggregate is an common material.The grade of coarse aggregates is eonfirmed through test and theoretical ealculation, the best mixture ratio of lime-fly ash is determined for testing eompressive strength index, the nrthngonal design methnd and the range analyses are applied to study the factors of lime-fly ash morlar strength index of significant effect. Finally, the mixture ratio of lime-fly ash mortar and coarse aggregate is confirmed through the volume methnd, the test results show that the pavement performance of lime-fly ash stabilized aggregales with the aggregate gradation in this paper is superior tn the gradation of mixture in the specifieation.
