摘要
为防止重金属离子的污染,本文采用双氧水取代传统的高锰酸钾制备可膨胀石墨,研究了硫酸用量、硝酸铵用量、双氧水用量以及反应时间等不同因素对制备可膨胀石墨的膨胀体积的影响规律,采用正交实验方法,确定用制备可膨胀石墨的最佳工艺:石墨(g)∶浓硫酸(ml)∶双氧水(ml)∶硝酸铵(g)=10∶22∶1.7∶3,反应时间为45min,在此条件下制备的可膨胀石墨膨胀体积为180ml/g.并采用XRD和SEM对制备的膨胀石墨的晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征.
This paper uses hydrogen peroxide to replace the potassium permanganate on preparation of expandable graphite, to prevent heavy metal pollution. We discuss the effect of volume expansion of different factors of sutphuric acid, ammonium nitrate, hydrogen peroxide dosage and reaction time on the preparation of expandable graphite. Methods the optimum extraction process of the total flavonoids was selected by orthogonal experiment, Results the optimum process was sulfuric acid (ml): hydrogen peroxide (ml): ammonium nitrate (g) =10:22:1.7:3, the reaction time is 45min, the volume of expansion is 180ml/g, sulfur content is 0.26%. The crystal structure and microstructure of expanded graphite were characterized by XRD and SEM.
