基于BIM技术的施工管理应用探索研究

Exploration and Research on Construction Management Application based on BIM Technology

建筑业是我国国民经济发展的重要物质生产部门,长期以来,建筑施工企业存在着粗放式管理、能耗高、劳务密集、利润低等问题,如何运用先进的技术来提升建设工程管理水平显得非常必要而紧迫。本文提出采用BIM技术提升工程施工阶段的管理思路,建立BIM管理组织方案,介绍了BIM在施工阶段的应用成果。

The construction industry is important to the development of our national economy. For a long time,the construction enterprises have been faced up with problems such as extensive management,high energy consumption,labor intensive,and low profit. How to use the advanced technology to enhance the management level of construction project becomes very necessary and urgent. This paper adopts BIM technology to enhance the management ideas of construction stage and build up BIM management organization schemes,and introduces the application of the results of BIM in the construction stage.
