宫颈毛玻璃细胞癌4例临床病理分析

Cervical glassy cell carcinoma:a clinicopathological analysis of four cases

目的探讨宫颈毛玻璃细胞癌的临床病理特点、诊断与预后。方法回顾分析4例宫颈毛玻璃细胞癌的病理及临床资料,并辅以免疫组化检测。结果 4例患者均为中年女性,因持续阴道出血入院。3例大体见宫颈菜花样肿物,其中1例侵及阴道穹隆,1例为息肉样。镜下呈单纯的毛玻璃细胞癌特点。4例患者ER、PR和Her-2均为(-)。3例患者分别接受手术根治切除加化疗或盆腔放疗;2例预后较差。结论宫颈毛玻璃细胞癌是一种少见的、分化较差的肿瘤,组织学形态及免疫组化有助于宫颈毛玻璃细胞癌的诊断与鉴别诊断,患者预后与临床分期相关。

Objective To explore the clinicopathological features,diagnosis and treatment of cervical glassy cell carcinoma. Methods The clinical and pathological data of four cases were retrospectively analyzed,combined with immunohistochemistry. Results Four patients were both middle-aged female,with the symptom of continuous vaginal bleeding. Grossly. three cauliflower-like masses were observed in cervix and the tumor in one case invaded vaginal vault,and the other was polypoid. Histologically,tumor cells displayed typical morphological changes of glassy cell carcinoma.The staining of ER,PR and Her-2 was negative in four cases. Three patients received redical hysterectomy assistant with chemotherapy or radiotherapy of pelvic cavity,and two had poor prognosis. Conclusions Cervical glassy cell carcinoma is a rare,low-differentiated tumor. Histological morphology combined with immunohistochemistry is helpful to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. The prognosis of cervical glassy cell carcinoma is associated with clinical stage.
