Critical role of enhanced recovery after surgery during the perioperative management

围手术期处理是以手术为中心的包含手术前、中、后3个阶段的处理。加速康复外科是采用一系列有循证医学证据的围手术期的优化措施．以减少手术患者生理及心理的创伤应激，实现其快速康复。与传统同手术期处理方法相比，加速康复外科可减少并发症、缩短住院时间、降低再住院率且不影响安全性。加速康复外科的原则、方案和技术将会整合到所有手术患者的围手术期处理中。

Perioperative management includes all the treatments during pre-, intra-, and post-operative periods.
