摘要
二甲双胍作为治疗2型糖尿病的一线口服降糖药,不仅安全、有效且价格低廉,而近年来其突出的抗肿瘤效应亦受到医学界的广泛关注。研究者通过流行病学、体外实验及动物实验等多个方面探索二甲双胍的肿瘤抑制作用和机制,而其研究对象几乎涉及乳腺癌、直肠癌、肺癌等各种常见的恶性肿瘤。
