自发性低颅压综合征的影像学特点 被引量:4

摘要 自发性低颅压综合征(spontaneous intracranial hypotension,SIH)是一组以体位性头痛和脑脊液压力降低为特征的临床综合征。至今SIH的病因尚不清楚。目前普遍认为此病的发病机制与以下几个因素相关:(1)脑(脊)膜小的撕裂造成的脑脊液漏。目前大多数学者仍然认为脑脊液漏为SIH的主要原因。有文献报道SIH患者常合并甲状腺功能紊乱,甲状腺素被认为具有维持正常结缔组织结构的功能,甲状腺功能紊乱患者常合并结缔组织病,因此SIH患者可有先天性或后天性脑(脊)膜憩室破裂。
