自发性寰枢椎脱位内固定技术的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 自发性寰枢椎脱位可由多种病因造成,在欧美国家主要继发于类风湿性关节炎等病变,而在我国则以先天性发育异常为主要原因。随着三维CT等影像技术的发展,使人们认识到寰枢椎侧方关节的形态畸变会使其失去正常的承重作用,久而久之就出现了寰枢椎脱位,进而引起齿状突压迫脑干及上颈髓,出现临床症状。对于该病的治疗,经过几代人的努力,形成了经口(鼻)齿状突切除减压术及后路内固定植骨融合术的传统治疗方案,并取得了一定的治疗效果。但近10年来,该领域内固定技术突飞猛进,取得了令人瞩目的进步。本文的目的即对这些内固定技术进行综述并讨论其适应证。
