行为测听在患病新生儿听力学检测中的应用

摘要
本文通过应用行为测听方法对２３０名患病新生儿进行了听力测试，观察到：（１）９０名肺炎患儿全部通过７５－８０ｄＢＳＰＬ（Ａ），属听力正常范围；部分脑病、高疸及早产的新生儿未通过正常听力范围界限，共计１１名，占测试总数４．８％。（２）行为测听与听性脑干反应测试结果基本一致，表明行为测听的临床实用价值。
