摘要 免疫应答的炎症反应在急性肾损伤(AKI)中扮演着重要角色,其中,中性粒细胞、树突状细胞和调节T细胞是参与AKI炎症反应的重要免疫细胞。以免疫细胞为治疗靶点,通过药物干预和体外循环干预,有望从源头调节病理状态下的炎症反应,从而给AKI的治疗带来突破。本文就参与AKI的重要免疫细胞的功能及细胞干预性治疗进展做一综述。 Inflammation plays a central role in acute kidney injury (AKI) , involves cells of both the innate and adaptive immune systems, in which neutrophil, dendritic cells and regulatory T cells contribute to the systematic inflammation. So to take the immune cells as the target with the medicine therapy and the extracorporeal approach will improve the prognosis of patients with AKI. In this view, both immune cells and associated treatment will be discussed.
