摘要 移植后糖尿病是肾移植术后一种常见的严重并发症,其危险因素包括高龄、种族、免疫抑制方案等。目前亟须安全有效措施来减少移植后糖尿病的发病率。 Posttransplantation diabetes mellitus （PTDM） is a common, serious complication of kidney transplantation. Many clinical risk factors for PTDM include the advanced age, ethnicity, and immunosuppressive regimens. The safe and effective interventions to reduce the incidence of PTDM are critically needed.
