华法林抗凝治疗颅内高压合并静脉窦狭窄一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者男,54岁,因＂头晕1年加重伴头痛7个月＂,于2014年2月26日收入首都医科大学宣武医院。患者于2013年2月饮酒后出现持续性头晕、头部发胀,同年7月头晕、头部胀痛感加重,并出现左眼持续胀痛,视物模糊及视物成双。于2013年8月就诊于我院,行腰椎穿刺,脑脊液压力为300 mm H2O,实验室检查无异常,多导睡眠图监测提示中度睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征,
