摘要
心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)通过分别植入右心室心内膜起搏电极导管和左心室起搏电极导管(通常经冠状静脉窦植入)实现双心室起搏,可降低合并心室内/间电-机械失同步的慢性心力衰竭患者死亡率、再住院率,改善其症状和生存质量[1-3]。
Threshold and impedance of the left and right ventricular pacing lead were measured at intra-operation,the first month,3rd month,6th month,and 12 th month after CRT implantation in 31 patients with progressive heart failure.The left ventricular pacing threshold increased gradually,impedance had no changed significantly during 12-month follow-up.Compared to the right ventricular lead,the left ventricular pacing threshold and impedance were increased at all time frames,whereas intra-operative R waves sensing had no significant difference at intra-operation.
