区域产业协同创新项目的选择评价研究

Research on Regional Industry Collaborative Innovation Project Selection

本研究建立了一套区域产业协同创新项目选择的评价指标体系,提出了相配套的基于综合云模型的评价方法。并以湖南机械装备制造业产业协同创新项目为例,说明了指标体系和方法的实用性。为政府科学客观地选择出推动区域产业协同创新的主导项目群提供一种可操作的方法;也为企业申报协同创新项目时,提供判断项目合规性的评价标准。

This research has established a set of evaluation index system for selecting regional industry collaborative innovation project, and put forward the matching evaluation method based on the integrated cloud model. And the example of the industry collaborative innovation project of mechanical equipment manufacturing industry in Hunan shows the practicability of the index system and method. The system provides an operational means for the government to choose the dominant project group to promote the regional industry collaborative innovation ; and offers the enterprise an evaluation criteria to judge the compliance of project when declaring the collaborative innovation proiect.
