大学科技园对企业创新的促进与深化

Can University Science Park Promote and Deepen Enterprise Innovation?

本文基于制度主义视角,在构建企业创新影响因素模型的基础之上,通过控制其他因素,厘清了大学科技园制度环境与创业者对知识产权重视程度、企业生产创新产品、企业拥有专利数目的关联,探索了大学科技园对企业创新的影响。研究表明,大学科技园的制度环境与入园企业的创新行为有着较为显著的正向关联,特别是大学科技园的投融资政策与人才政策对于企业创新有着显著的促进作用。

This paper took the perspective of institutionalism and constructed the enterprise innovation influence factor model. By con trolling other factors, this paper clarified the correlation of institutional environment of University Science Park with whether entrepre neurs value intellectual property, whether enterprises produce innovative products and how many patents they hold. Research shows that institutional environment of University Science Park has a significant, positive correlation with innovation behavior of enterprise in the Park. It is worth noting that investmentandfinancing policy and talent policy in University Science Park can significantly promote enter prise innovation.
