摘要
本文以2009—2013年农业科技成果转化资金项目作为研究样本,运用主成分分析法和DEA方法来测度中国现阶段农业科技成果的转化效率;在此基础上,从技术领域、转化主体和技术类型三个角度对农业科技成果转化效率进行比较分析。研究结果表明:现阶段中国农业科技成果转化效率整体水平偏低且年际增长趋势较弱;相对于其他类型转化主体,事业型研究单位农业科技成果转化效率最高且呈现出稳步增长的态势;模仿创新类型的农业科技成果转化效率最高,却呈现逐渐降低的趋势。
This paper is based on the agricuhural science and technology achievement transformation fund project during 2009-- 2013. It used the principal component analysis and the DEA method to measure the efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements; and on this basis, compared them from three angles: different technical field, different transformation undertaker and different technical types. The results show that : the overall level of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation effi- ciency is low at the present stage in China and the trend of annual growth is weak ; achievements transformation efficiency in the re- search units of agricultural science and technology is higher than other transformation undertaker and shows a trend of steady rise; a- chievements transformation efficiency of imitation innovation types of agricultural science and technology is highest, but the trends is gradually reducing.
