肾康注射液配合贝那普利治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Shenkang Injection Combined with Benazepril Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy of Agedness

目的：探讨肾康注射液配合贝那普利治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的疗效。方法：将76例2型糖尿病早期肾病的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各38例，对照组给予服用贝那普利片，观察组则在此基础上配合肾康注射液治疗，治疗2周后评价临床疗效，并观察治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、尿蛋白排泄率（UAER）及血内生肌酐清除率（CCR）的变化情况。结果：观察组总有效率为84.2%，显著高于对照组的42.1%（P〈0.05）；观察组UAER、CCR改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论：肾康注射液配合贝那普利治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著，能缓解患者的各项临床指征，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the effect of Shenkang injection combined with benazepril treating early diabetic nephropathy （DN） of agedness. Methods：76 cases of old patients with type 2 diabetic as well as early nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 38 cases, control group adopted benazepril, based on which observation group added Shenkang injection, after treatment of 2 weeks the clini-cal efficacy was evaluated, and changes of fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） and blood creatinine clearance rate （CCR） were observed before and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 84.2%, significantly higher than that of control group by 42.1% （P〈0.05）; UAER and CCR improvements of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）;both without severe adverse reactions. Conclusion：Shenkang injection combined with benazepril treating early diabetic nephropathy of aged-ness is remarkably effective, and can relieve all various clinical indications, being worthy of clinical application.
