拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效及其对分娩结局的影响

The Clinical Efficacy of Labetalol Treating Pregnancy Induced Hypertension and Its Impact on Birth Outcomes

目的：探讨拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床疗效及其对分娩结局的影响。方法：100例妊娠高血压孕产妇随机分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50），对照组予镇静、解痉等常规对症治疗，观察组在对照组基础上辅以拉贝洛尔治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后血压变化、新生儿Apgar评分及分娩结局。结果：用药后10min、0.5h、1h及2h观察组SBP及DBP均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组新生儿出生后1min、5min Apgar评分均高于照组（P〈0.05）；两组患者分娩结局比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压可有效稳定血压水平，安全度高，并保障母婴健康，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of labetalol treating pregnancy induced hypertension and its impact on birth outcomes. Meth-ods：100 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into control group （n=50） and observation group （n=50）, control group adopted sedative, antispasmodic and other conventional symptomatic treatment, observation group added labetalol based on treat-ment of control group, blood pressure changes, neonatal Apgar score and birth outcomes between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results：After treatment of 10 minutes, half an hour, a hour and 2 hours the SBP and DBP of observation group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）;after the neonatal birth of a minute, 10 minutes Apgar score of observation group were higher than those of con-trol group （P〈0.05）;there was no statistical significance in pregnant outcomes between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Labetalol treating preg-nancy induced hypertension can effectively keep blood pressure stable, with high degree of safety, and guarantee the maternal and child health, being worth of clinical application.
