盆腔慢性炎性包块内外合治综合疗法的效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Internal and External Combined Treatment for Pelvic Chronic Inflammatory Mass

目的：探讨中药内服、灌肠，超短波、微波及低频综合治疗盆腔慢性炎性包块的疗效。方法：98例盆腔慢性炎性包块患者随机分为对照组48例和综合组50例，对照组采用头孢呋辛注射液和奥硝唑注射液，综合组在对照组基础上采用散结镇痛方和中药灌肠方，配合超短波、微波及低频综合治疗，4周后比较两组疗效、包块直径、主要症状和体征评分。结果：综合组总有效率为94.0%，显著高于对照组的79.17%（P=0.042664〈0.05）；治疗后综合组包块直径、主要症状和体征评分均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.01），且综合组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：西医治疗基础上采用中药内服、灌肠及超短波、微波及低频治疗盆腔慢性炎性包块效果明显，能缩小包块，减轻临床症状、体征。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive treatment including herbal administration, enema, ultrashort wave, microwave and low frequency on pelvic chronic inflammatory mass. Methods：98 cases of pelvic chronic inflammatory mass were randomly divided into control group （48 cases） and combination group （50 cases）, control group with cefuroxime and ornidazole injection, based on which combination group adopted Sanjie Zhengtong decoction and herbal enema decoction, supplemented with ultrashort wave, microwave and low frequency, after 4 weeks effects, mass diameter, main symptoms and sign scores of the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate of combination group was 94.0%, significantly higher than that of control group by 79.17%（P=0.042664〈0.05）;after treatment mass diameter, main symptoms and sign scores of com-bination group were significantly better than those before treatment （P〈0.01）, and combination group was better than control group （P〈0.01）. Conclu-sion：On the basis of western medicine treatment, herbal administration, enema, ultrashort wave, microwave and low frequency on pelvic chronic in-flammatory mass is obviously effective, which can narrow the mass and relieve the clinical symptoms and signs.
