棘突间置入物目前主要用以小关节退变,盘源性腰痛,退变性腰椎管狭窄,腰椎不稳等腰椎疾病的治疗。棘突间置入物作为一种非融合、创伤小的治疗方法,可能将成为今后脊柱疾病手术治疗的趋势。本文系统性地回顾了各种棘突间置入物的中远期临床疗效及相关并发症,并展开综述。

Interspinous implant is mainly used of small joint degeneration,discogenic low back pain,lumbar spinal stenosis,and lumbar spine instability. Due to the new concepts such as non- fusion,minimally invasive,interspinous implant may become the future trend of operation treatment for spinal diseases. We systematically reviewed the study on the long- term clinical efficacy and complications of various interspinous implants,and launched the following review.
