触媒效应影响下城市新区开发模式研究——以西安曲江音乐厅及周边地段为例

Research of Development Model of New Urban District at the Effect of Catalyst: A Case Study of Xi'an Qujiang Concert Hall and Perimeter Zone

该文针对以曲江新区音乐厅及其周边地段为代表的城市新区开发模式,提出触媒效应作用下,由"点触媒——线触媒——面触媒"的逐步影响,提出新区开发的三种模式——政府主导型、政企合作型、多方混合型,以达到城市新区开发的多方受益与良性循环,最终实现对新区开发的合理性及创新性提升。

The Concert hall of Qujiang new district and perimeter zone which representative the development modal of new urban district to be focused in this paper, it is presented three development models of new urban district such as government leading, government and company co-operation, multiply-model which gradually formed by point catalyst line catalyst surface catalyst by effect of catalyst, as well as positive cycle and multiply benefit at new district development, in the finally, it realizes the improvement rationality and innovation of new district.
