从“通而不畅”走向“人车分离” 被引量:2

摘要 在我国现行居住区规划设计规范中,其道路设计往往强调"通而不畅"之原则。文中指出随着我国居住区建设出现了大规模、高层、高密度并普遍建设着地下空间等特征,这一原则已难以适应于城市化进一步发展之需要。同时提出居住区道路规划应从"通而不畅"走向"人车分离",并在具体设计中遵循以下导则:1在保证居住区基本环境质量的前提下优先采用"人车分离"之通畅路网;2充分利用地下车库进行人车分离;3采取对城市交通体系更友好的形态,使居住区路网规划与市政道路更加通畅地衔接;4多个居住区的地下车库等空间宜互联互通,以提高其利用率。结合我国城市建设出现的新特征,适时调整居住区路网规划原则,对改善城市交通拥堵和居住区的可持续发展都具有重要的现实意义。 The paper analyzed the "slow by" roads in the residential area planning design principle of the historical evolution, pointed out that along with our country widespread, high-rise and high-density residential area construction in underground space and general construction characteristics, this principle has been difficult to adapt to the further advance of urbanization. It is proposed residential road design shall start from the "slow by" to " separation ", and follow the following guideline in the design: 1 ) using car separation of road network on the premise of guarantee the quality of residential area basic environment; 2) the use of the underground garage for one car separation; 3) municipal roads connecting, friendly to the urban traffic system: 41 the underground garage space such as connectivity. Combining the characteristics of our urban construction timely adjust its road network planning and design principles, to improve the city traffic condition and the residential area of sustainable development has important practical significance.
