摘要
本文藉由发达国家继续专业教育实施概况,以及对台湾健康照护产业从业人员的实证访谈,探究认证管理、继续专业教育与人力资源之间正向连结的论据。研究结果显示,经由一定的认证制度或发照的程序与强制性继续专业教育,使得专业人员水平提升,获得较高的报酬,拥有较好的社经地位。专业人员因专业伦理与继续教育所启发的主动学习与自我期许精神,对其个人成长、生涯发展与组织发展有重要关联性。
This paper aims to explore the relationship among accreditation mechanism,continuing professional education,and human resource development and to make an argumentation on their positive linkage.The research methods include the reviewing of the practice of continuing professional education in the advanced countries and empirical case study of interviewing the health care professionals in Taiwan.The result shows that professionals can obtain higher rewards and better socioeconomic status through certain accreditation system,licensure process and required continuing professional education.Professionals can be inspired by the professional ethics along with continuing professional education and thus initiate their active learning spirits and self-expectation.These are closely related to the individual development and the career development of the professionals as well as development of the organization.
