汽车排气消声器的压力损失仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于流体力学的方法,运用数值计算找出不同流速下消声器的压力损失。然后利用Fluent软件对某款消声器的压力损失进行仿真分析,研究消声器结构对压力损失的影响,分析压力损失产生的原因。在此基础上对消声器的结构进行优化。研究结果表明,消声器内插管和穿孔率的合理布置可以有效降低压力损失,进而为消声器的优化设计提供依据。 With the method of CFD,pressure loss of the muffle in different flow rates were calculated by using numerical calculation. Then based on the FLUENT software,the pressure loss of the muffle was simulated,and the influence of structure on the pressure loss was analyzed. On the basis,the structure of the muffler was optimized. The results show that the reasonable arrangement of the intubation and perforated pipe can reduce the pressure loss effectively,which provided a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the muffler.
