The inspirations from the management system of french railway for Hebei intercity railway operation under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration

法国高速铁路是欧盟铁路"网运分离"模式的典型代表。简要介绍法国高速铁路的发展现状,着重探讨法国铁路的管理体制。通过对法国铁路建运机制的分析,提出对河北省城际铁路发展的启示,并研究探讨适合河北省城际铁路的运营管理模式。

The French high-speed railway is a typical representative of European railway which has the feature that net and transportation separated. This paper briefly describes the current situations of Freneh high-speed railway, focuses on the management system. By analyzing the mechanism of French railway construction and transportation, the inspirations for Hebei intercity railway development is proposed, and the suitable operation and management model for Hebei intercity rail- way is discussed.
