京津冀一体化背景下河北省城际铁路部分委托运营管理模式适用性研究

Study on the applicability of partly entrusted operation and management model of Hebei intercity railway under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration

如何选择运营管理模式,是合资铁路经营成败的关键。基于我国合资铁路发展现状,分析合资铁路部分委托运营管理模式,并根据河北省经济社会发展和京津冀一体化要求,结合河北省内铁路网分布情况,研究部分委托运营管理模式在河北省城际铁路运营管理中的适用性,提出相应的配套措施建议。

Operation and management model is the key of joint venture railway. This paper briefly describes the current situation of joint venture railway development of our country, and analyzes partly entrusted operation and management model of joint ven- ture railway. According to the requirement of economic and social development of Hebei province and the Beijing-Tianjin - Hebei integration, combined with the distribution of railway network in Hebei province, the applicability of partly entrusted op- eration and management model ofHebei intercity railway and relevant suggestions are proposed.
