开放大学外部质量保证机制探析——以南非大学为例 被引量：1

摘要 外部质量保证是开放大学质量提升与发展的重要保障。文章以世界知名开放大学南非大学为例,分析其外部质量保证的机制与特点。研究发现,南非大学具有开放和完善的外部质量保证机制,其质量保证的主体多元、内容多样、方式各异、标准适切、效果良好等特点,可对我国开放大学的外部质量保证建设提供一定借鉴。
