University Teachers' Job Burnout Research

高校教师职业倦怠问题已引起社会的广泛关注,不仅关系到教师、学生的发展,而且关系到整个教育事业能否取得更大的突破。本文从高校教师职业倦怠的具体表现及危害入手,分析论述产生此现象的原因,并提出几点预防和消除高校教师职业倦怠的对策,以期对当前面临的问题有所帮助,能够提高教师工作热情,提升教育质量。

University teachers＇ job burnout issue has caused wide attention of the society,not only relates to the development of teachers,students,and is related to whether greater breakthroughs were made in the whole education career. This paper analyses the reasons of this phenomenon from the manifestation and harm of university teachers ＇ job burnout,and puts forward some countermeasures of prevention and elimination of university teachers＇ job burnout,in order to provide help for the current problems we are facing,can improve the teachers＇ work enthusiasm,improve the quality of education.
