基于“椭圆模式”的“大粤琼”区域联动发展研究

Study on the Regional Linkage of“Big GuangdongHainan”Based on Oval Model

区域合作的"椭圆模式"是相邻区域合作的普遍模式,寻找区域发展的利益共同点,不断扩大合作面,是区域一体化发展的客观要求。文章通过对区域合作"椭圆模式"的提出、概念的诠释,借助相关的区域合作理论基础,以粤琼区域合作中的空间距离、地缘文化、经济互补性以及双方面临的经济发展转型的需要出发,立足于"大粤琼"区域的视角,提出了"大粤琼"椭圆型区域合作模式的支撑构架,即"五大联动",并提出了建立跨区域产业联盟、打造"大粤琼"蓝色经济区、规划"大粤琼"生态旅游圈等前瞻性的观点,对新时期深化粤琼两省的区域合作以及泛珠三角框架下的区域合作创新具有一定的借鉴意义。

Regional oval models of cooperation is common for the cooperation of adjacent areas. It is an objective requirement to seek the common interests to expand cooperation for the integrated development of the areas. Through explaining oval model and using basic related theories, in view of the spatial distance, regional culture, economic complementarity, the requirement for economic development and transformation for two sides, based on the Big Guangdong-Hainan regional perspective, the paper proposed the ideas of Big Guangdong-Hainan regional cooperation framework of oval mode, which is ＂big five Linkage strategies＂, especially, proposed some prospective views, such as building regional industry alliance, building large Guangdong-Hainan blue economic zone and Large Guangdong-Hainan Eco-tourism Circle, which can be used for reference in the Canton-Hainan regional cooperation and in the regional cooperation innovation with Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation Framework.
