摘要
基于煤的挥发分测定结果受加热温度、加热时间、加热方式、所用坩埚的大小、形状、材质以及坩埚盖的密封程度等因素影响,采用多煤种、多因素的单一变量实验对其影响因素进行详细分析,并针对加热时间、冷却时间及坩埚未在恒温区提出相应的解决措施。
The results of determination of volatile matter were influenced by factors such as heating temperature,heating time,heating mode,the shape,material and size of crucible,and the crucible lid sealing degree.Adopting single variable experiments with multiple coal type and multiple factors to analyze the influencing factors of volatile matter,the corresponding solution measurements was put forward according to heating time,cooling time and absent of crucible in constant temperature zone of furnace.
