摘要
介绍了DF-5753在线灰分仪的基本原理和结构,针对在线灰分仪在现场的应用难度提出其相应的解决方法,指出可通过继电器的吸合来判断不同煤的装车起始时间与结束时间、使用多套标定参数以增加厚度修正因子和修正项、加入除尘设备以清除关键部件上的粉尘。通过该灰分仪在老虎台选煤厂的应用情况分析可知,其使用效果理想,可解决外运煤的快速灰分分析难题。
Basic principle and structure of DF-5753 ash online instrument were introduced in this paper.According to the difficulty of using instrument in the field,the corresponding solutions were put forward.The solutions pointed out that actuation of relay could be used to determine loading start time and end time of different coal,using multiple sets of calibration parameters could increase the correction factor of thickness and modifications parameters and using dust-cleaning apparatus could remove the dust on the key components.Based upon the analysis of the ash indicator application in the Lao Hu Tai coal preparation plant,it could be concluded that ash indicator had good effect and could solve the problems of fast ash content analysis of coal transported outside the plant.
