摘要
针对实际变电站工程二次调试过程中发生的断路器防跳回路异常现象,进行原理分析,确认保护装置跳位监视回路和断路器本体防跳回路的相互影响是产生本次故障的主要原因。断路器合闸后,跳位监视回路通过防跳回路与负电源连通。一方面使得防跳继电器上分得的电压大于其返回电压而自保持,另一方面可能导致跳位监视继电器始终不返回。提出针对该异常现象的解决方案,并在现场修改接线方式后重新对断路器进行试验,证明所提方案的有效性。
In view of the abnormal phenomenon of the breaker anti-tripping circuit which happened in the process of the secondary debugging in substation.Detailed analysis shows that the fault was mainly caused by interference between tab monitoring circuit and the anti-tripping circuit.After the circuit breaker was closed, the tab monitoring circuit was connected to the negative power source through the anti-tripping circuit.As a result, the voltage of anti-tripping relay was greater than its release vohage.h is also possible that tab monitoring relay may never be returned.A solution to this abnormal phenomenon is proposed in this paper.Experiments performed on circuit breaker verified the validity of the proposed solution.
