合肥市能源消费碳排放测算与分析

根据联合国政府气候变化专门委员会（IPCC）2006年版碳排放指南中的计算公式和碳排放系数缺省值。计算了合肥市2006—2011年能源消费和碳排放情况。结果表明：2006年以来，碳排放量逐年增加，由2006年的744.22万t增长到2011年的1544．39万t。年均增长率为15。72％。碳排放强度不断下降，由2006年的0.66t／（10^4万元）降到2011年的0．42t／（10^4万元），降幅达57．14％，年均下降串为9.46％。能源消费结构的结果表明合肥市天然气使用比例明显偏低，需要进一步提高天然气等低碳能源在能源结构中的使用比例。

Energy consump- tion structure results show that the apparently low rate of use of natural gas in Hefei , the need to further improve the pro- portion of the use of natural gas and other low - carbon energy in the energy mix .
