摘要 对大型双燃料发动机的燃气喷射系统进行了研究。该喷射系统兼具电磁驱动易控制及液压驱动力大的优点,喷射量大且响应性好。将6210ZLDS柴油机改装为双燃料发动机后进行的推进特性试验表明,双燃料运行模式功率随转速的变化曲线与纯柴油运行模式几乎无差异。该喷射系统可应用于大功率双燃料船用发动机,并具有良好的适应性。 Gas injection system of a large dual-fuel engine is investigated in this paper. The gas injection system has advantages of easy control of solenoid valve, large hydraulic driving force, high responsiveness and high flow rate. A special adaption of a diesel engine with model 6210ZLDS to dual-fuel injection is completed. Experimental results in propulsion performance of this dual-fuel engine show that the power-speed curve in dual-fuel mode is not different from that in diesel mode. It is verified that this gas injection system can be applied in high-powered marine dual-fuel engine with good adaptability.
