大方坯末端电磁搅拌工艺参数优化与设计 被引量:12

Optimizing and designing the technology parameters of the F-EMS for the bloom continuous casting

摘要 基于工业试验与射钉试验验证的二维凝固传热模型,对比分析末端电搅(F-EMS)安装位置和工艺参数对铸坯内部质量的影响规律。结果表明,采用0.36~0.45m/min拉速浇铸时,随着拉速的增加,铸坯中心碳偏析指数的变化趋势与铸坯纵剖面的中心疏松和缩孔级别的基本一致,总体均呈先减小后增加的趋势;F-EMS额定工作电流范围内,增加F-EMS工作电流利于铸坯内部质量的提升;对于当前铸机设备,生产断面尺寸为380mm×490mm的GCr15钢时,其最佳的拉速为0.4m/min,最佳F-EMS工作电流和频率分别为700A和4Hz。 Based on plant trials and the 2D slice solidification and heat transfer model val- idated by pin shooting test, the influence of the F-EMS implemented positions and technology parameters on the strand internal quality has been compared and analyzed. Under the casting speed ranged from 0.36 m/min to 0.45 m/min, the strand center carbon seg- regation degree of the solute element, C, and the degree of center porosity and shrink- age cavity for the casting longitudinal section are firstly decreased and then increased with the increasing of casting speed. The increasing running current is beneficial to the improvement of casting internal quality in the range of the rated operation current. The optimal casting speed, working current and frequency of the F-EMS for the GCr15 steel casting with the section size of 380 mm×490 mm under the present caster equipment are 0. 4 m/min, 700 A and 4 Hz respectively.
