摘要
对N∶P2O5∶K2O配比为1∶1∶1的尿素—磷铵系肥料进行干燥试验,对进口气体温度和流量、粒度分布、停留时间等相关因素进行统计分析。结果表明,尿素—磷酸铵系复合肥料的干燥过程既受粒子表面气固界面处气膜厚度的影响,又取决于肥料内部水分的扩散。通过试验研究,对回转干燥机的设备改造及优化操作提供依据。
Urea-ammonium phosphate compound fertilizer drying experiment was carried out by the ratio of N∶P2O5∶K2O=1∶1∶1. Inlet gas temperature, gas flow rate, particle size distribution, residence time and related factors were studied by statistical analysis. The result shows that drying process is affected by the film thickness of the particle at the gas-solid interface, but also depends on the internal diffusion. The experimental study provides the reference for equipment modification and operation optimization of rotary dryer.
