摘要
介绍某煤制油项目中Shell粉煤气化装置以CO2替代氮气作为载气的应用情况,并结合其他同类Shell粉煤气化装置的现场运行经验,进行研究分析,提出最大化使用CO2的方案,以及CO2温度、相关设备管道等材质的要求,并介绍氮气和CO2切换的稳定操作方法。
This paper described CO2 as carrier gas instead of N2 in Shell pulverized coal gasification of coal-to-liquids plant. According to the experiences and studies of in-operated plant, the maximum reasonable use of CO2, operation temperature of CO2 and the material of correlative equipment, piping, et al were proposed. Simultaneously, the way of carrier gas switched from N2 to CO2was described.
