介绍尿素装置离心式二氧化碳压缩机先后3次出现腐蚀的具体情况,分析腐蚀机理,通过更换段间分离冷却设备、升级轴材质、工艺调整,解决了压缩机高压缸轴腐蚀问题。
Corrosion occurred three times on centrifugal CO2 compressor in urea plant was described.By studying the corrosion mechanism, changing separating and cooling equipment between stages, updating the shaft material and adjusting the process, no corrosion occurred on the shaft in high pressure cylinder of compressor.
