单机单、双级切换制冷压缩机在食品速冻中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着食品安全问题频发,大多问题源于食品保存不当造成。目前食品保存主要分高温保鲜,低温冷藏。其中低温冷藏我们通常采用先速冻冻结后,再低温冷藏,一般速冻温度范围在.35度左右,而对于.35度的温度单级制冷压缩机机由于压缩比过大无法保证压缩机寿命,虽然双级制冷压缩机比单级制冷压缩机更有优势,但由于其在高温段又存在不足,高温时降温速度慢,从而应运而生的单机单、双级切换制冷压缩机完美结合了二者的优势。它以独特的优越性将逐渐占据速冻冷藏行业。 With frequent food safety problems, the most problem is the result of improper food preservation.
