摘要
选择人参药材加入到选育好的冬虫夏草蝙蝠蛾拟青霉(Paecilomyces hepiali)固态发酵基质中,并对发酵产物中的有效成分进行检测。结果显示,蝙蝠蛾拟青霉能有效地将人参皂苷Rb1转化为Rd,从而高产稀有人参皂苷Rd,同时合成甘露醇、虫草素和腺苷,实现一次发酵过程同时获得了虫草和人参的有效成分。表明中药中的成分与药用真菌生长代谢间的相互作用,完全可能起到协同增效的作用。
The herb of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey is selected to add to the matrix solid-state fermentation of Paecilomyces hepiali,and the changes of useful components in the fermentation products were detected. The results showed that the strains of Paecilomyces hepiali could transform ginsenoside Rbl into ginsenoside Rd. The fermentation products achieved high yield of rare ginsenoside Rd, and contained adenosine,cordycepin and mannito, making the active ingredients of the herb of Cordyceps and the herb of Panax ginseng C.A.Mey are obtained in the only one process of the fermentation. This study indicated the goal of Synergies could be reached by the interaction between the growth and metabolism of medicinal fungi and the active ingredients of herbal medicines.
