摘要
目的研究腹腔镜单孔阑尾切除术的临床疗效。方法为60例阑尾疾病患者行经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果60例阑尾切除手术均获成功。平均手术时间33 min。无出血、肠瘘、阑尾残株炎等并发症发生。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全可行,并发症少,具有很好的应用前景。
Objective To explore the feasibility of single port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods Sixty patients with appendicitis were enrolled in this study. All of them were treated with port laparoscopic appendectomy. Results All operations were successfully performed. The mean operative time was 33 min. No post operative bleeding,intestinal leakage or Appendix stump inflammation occurred.Conclusion Transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy is a safe and feasible operation,it has less complication and commendable application prospect.
