黄金散治疗经漏组方的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Gold Medical Powder Treatment for Leakage

目的探讨黄金散治疗经漏的临床疗效,并分析其药理作用。方法将本院诊治的76例经漏患者按照患者知情自愿原则分为观察组(39例)与对照组(37例),对照组采用西药黄体酮注射液联合米非司酮口服治疗,观察组采用黄金散7.5 g餐前温水送服,疗程均为3个月,比较两组患者治疗后的疗效,临床症状的改善情况。结果观察组治疗后痊愈18例,显效14例,有效5例,无效2例,对照组治疗后痊愈7例,显效13例,有效3例,无效14例,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.9%vs 62.2%);观察组治疗后的腰骶部疼痛(12.8%vs 35.1%)、夜眠困难(5.1%vs 21.6%)、白带异常(7.7%vs24.3%)比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄金散治疗经漏疗效可靠,有效率高,可有效改善临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Gold medical powder for leakage and to analyze the pharmacological effect.Methods 76 cases with leakage were divided into observation group（ n = 39） and control group（ n = 37） according the voluntary principle. The control group were treated with western medicine progesterone injection combined with oral mifepristone treatment,and the observation group were treated with Gold medical powder 7. 5g with warm water before a meal. The course was three months. The efficacy and the clinical symptoms were compared. Results After treatment,there were 18 cured cases,with 14 marked cases,5 effective cases,and 2 ineffective cases in the observation group. And there were 7 cured cases,13 marked cases,3 effective cases,and 14 ineffective cases in the control group. The efficiency of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group,and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group（ 94. 9% vs 62. 2%）; the lumbosacral pain（ 12. 8% vs 35. 1%）,night sleep difficulties（ 5. 1% vs 21. 6%）,abnormal vaginal discharge（ 7. 7% vs 24. 3%） in the observation were significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Gold medical powder treatment for leakage is reliable. The efficiency is high which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
