Nursing Management at Fever Clinic During the H7N9 Outbreak

目的对H7N9疫情时期发热门诊护理管理的方法和效果进行探讨。方法采取多管齐下的护理管理方法加强H7N9疫情时期发热门诊的护理管理工作,包括对发热门诊进行合理布局,对感染防控措施进行严格落实,对工作流程和职责进行修订,对相关人员进行考核和培训,加强对医护人员的职业防护,组织护理人员进行紧急预案演练,落实标本采集与运送程序,严格控制护理管理与感染治疗,对患者和家属进行健康宣教。结果本院发热门诊在H7N9疫情时期共接诊4620例次,共进行血标本采集4620例次,鼻咽拭子采集91例次,确诊感染H7N9疫情的患者2例,经治疗后均治愈。发热门诊没有出现医护人员感染的现象。患者的H7N9疫情的预防知识知晓率有了明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理管理能够有效地应对H7N9疫情,做好H7N9疫情的防控工作。

Objective To explore the performance of nursing management in the fever clinic during the prevalence of H7N9. Methods Systematic approaches were adopted during the H7N9 outbreak,including a well- structured fever clinic,rigorous infection prevention and control,revision of work process and responsibilities,staff training and performance assessment,increased protection for medical workers,emergency drill among doctors and nurses,strict procedures for specimen collecting and transferring,tight control over nursing management and infection treatment and health education for patients and their family members. Results During the H7N9 epidemic,the hospital received 4620 patients,all of whom had their blood samples collected and 91 of whom had nasopharyngeal swabs taken. 2 patients were confirmed to be infected with H7N9 influenza and both of them recovered after treatment. No medical worker was infected at the fever clinic.There was a significant increase in patients＇ knowledge of H7N9（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Structured nursing management leads to effective response to H7N9 influenza,so sound prevention and control should be in place.
