随着海外汉语教学的发展,师资成为影响汉语教学发展的重要因素之一。文章以塔吉克斯坦汉语师资为例,分析了塔吉克斯坦汉语师资不足的原因,提出了海外汉语师资可持续发展的策略。

With the development of Chinese language teaching overseas,teaching staff becomes an important factor in its teaching. With a case study in Tajikistan,this article analyzes the causes of insufficient teaching staff of Chinese teaching in the country,and provides solutions for the sustainable development of Chinese Teaching staff overseas.
