摘要 在乳腺专用CT(DBCT)系统中,图像质量和人体所受辐射剂量是倍受关注的两个重要因素。本文采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法研究球管电压和滤片对图像质量和剂量的影响,并引入与图像分辨率、噪声、辐射剂量相关的剂量效率η,综合评估辐射剂量和图像质量的关系。研究结果表明:选择合理的管电压值能够获得较好的剂量效率,并且通过优化滤片的形状可以在保证图像质量的同时降低人体所受剂量,为乳腺专用CT的临床应用提供重要参考。 The image quality and the radiation dose are important performance indicator of dedicated breast CT(DBCT). In this paper, the factors of tube voltage and filter were studied by Monte Carlo simulation method which have effect on the image quality and radiation dose which for comprehensive assessing the relationship between them that introduced the dose efficiency η that related to image resolution, noise and radiation dose. Research results show favorable dose efficiency can be gained if reasonable voltage values are selected and that optimization of filter shape can reduce dosage which human body absorbs. Therefore, rational setting of parameters can decrease radiation dose and provide significant reference for clinical application of dedicated breast CT while guaranteeing image quality as far as possible.
